Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Place your order before 1pm and it ships the same business day; after that, it goes out the next one.
You'll receive an order confirmation by email straight away, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking once your parcel is on its way.
We charge one flat shipping rate per order, set by your delivery ZIP code:
$8 flat-rate ZIP codes: 93101, 93102, 93103, 93105, 93106, 93107, 93108, 93109, 93111 and 93117.

Orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days from dispatch. These are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees, and can occasionally run longer during sales or holidays.
As soon as your parcel ships, we'll email you a tracking link. You can follow it from dispatch to your doorstep. If you created an account, tracking also appears under your order history.
If your tracking hasn't moved for several days, or your order arrives damaged, get in touch at hello@supernoessentials.com and we'll make it right — whether that means a replacement or a refund.
For anything else, our returns policy has you covered for 30 days.
