Not feeling it? You have 30 days from delivery to return any product for a full refund — even if the bottle has been opened and tried.
We'd genuinely rather you find what works than keep something you won't use. That's the whole point of a tightly curated range.
Almost everything. To keep things fair and safe, a few conditions apply:
Email hello@supernoessentials.com with your order number and which items you'd like to return. We'll reply with a prepaid return label — just pop the items back in any box and drop it off.
You don't pay for return shipping on eligible returns within the 30-day window.
Once your return reaches us, we'll inspect it and email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, usually within 3–5 business days, though your bank may take a little longer to show it.
Original shipping charges, where they applied, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
